San Francisco Needle Exchange and Harm Reduction Services.

Our mission: we believe reducing drug related harm is possible through the provision of accessible, non judgmental, syringe exchange, medical care, abscess and wound clinics, and accurate and up to date information. We provide the tools that our participants need to curtail the spread of HIV, Hepatitis B and C, injection related illnesses and fatal overdoses.

We strive to empower injection drug users to protect themselves, educate each other, and reduce drug related harm within the community.
